General Conditions

The user is requested by Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce, based in Lecce (Italy), www.swisseswatch.comvia Calabria 3, to read carefully the conditions then indicated. He may print them and keep a copy. The access to the bibliographical database is valid only according to the next conditions. A) The service consists in the indication of the bibliographical references of the database monographes and articles. The work contents, protected by copyright, is not mentioned but the relative traceability is (review, publisher, year and page indication).B) Owner of the bibliographical Database and of the mark “Iusimpresa” is Mr. Giorgio Mantovano, born in Lecce on October 29th, 1959. Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce collects and catalogues the bibliographical references of the bibliographical Database for Business law IUSIMPRESA.C) The service described in the preceding point B is totally free and offered to all IUSIMPRESA’site users, who registrate. Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce allows itself to suspend the service gratuitousness whenever required.In case of setting-up of a subscription royalty in order to visualize exclusively the bibliographical references (not the full text), the user will be free to accept or refuse the relative economic and contractual conditions.D) To use the service, the user stands surety for:- providing personal data in a truthful way as required in the registration form;- bringing itself up to date;- not allowing other people to use login and password and consequently registration/subscription, with payment or not.Should there be any breach of contract, the service will immediately be suspended.E) The user is allowed to print the data for a personal purpose but not to exploit it in order to make profit.F) The user acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding the repeated and constant controls, material mistakes and shortages can succeed, for which Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce is in no way responsible, excepted in case of malice. Osservatorio - Centro Studi Informatica Giuridica di Lecce recommends any signaling of error and/or inaccuracy and/or omission.G) The user acknowledges and agrees that Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce is in no way responsible for eventual discomforts and breakdowns in the distribution of the telematic service, due to upkeeps or technical repairs on the telephone lines and the servers, on which is installed the database archives memory.H) The user states to know the informative foreseen in the article 13 of Law no. 196/03, in matter of “Safeguarding of one’s interests and other subjects concerning the personal data processing” and explicitly agrees, pursuant to article 23, with the processing of his own personal data, acquired by Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce when he registered.The personal data will be processed electronically and saved both electronically and manually or in any other fitting way, in observance of the minimal safety measures according to the Technical Specifications about minimal safety measures, Enclosure B of the Privacy Code.Data subjects will be able to exercise any and all other rights foreseen by Art. 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights) of Legislative Decree No. 196/03:1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:a) of the source of the personal data;b) of the purposes and methods of its processing;c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;d) of the identification details concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5 Paragraph 2;e) of the persons or organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, officer(s) or appointee(s).3. The data subject has the right to obtain:a) the updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of the data;b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully, including those data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which were collected or later processed;c) a statement that the operations indicated at letters a) and b), including their content, have been made known to those to whom the data have been communicated or released, except in the case of this being found to be impossible or requiring the use of means which are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.4. The data subject has the right to completely or partially oppose:a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication surveys.The data controller is Mr. Giorgio Mantovano, Chief Executive of the Observatory –Studies Centre for Legal Informatics of Lecce, taxpayer identification number 03754140758, Tel.
